Game description:
MROI_ is a game about being stuck in your room in a cycle of waking up, just to go back to sleep. The solitude of your dreams has been disturbed. An unknown guest. What is the life you were living beyond your dreams? What life did this mysterious figure live? Explore the dreamlands and figure it out!
What to expect of the game:
- Around 32~ dreams to explore of various sizes and moods!
- First /Third person cameras with full body visibility!
- A story to find about two unwillingly intertwined lives!
- Mentally and physically ill teenagers!
- Paranoia!
- Lot's of junkiness!
Warnings:
- Dark topics and themes.
- Foul language.
- Probably big amounts of bugs and optimization issues.
Credits:
- Dosogy- all visual assets 3D and 2D, story and dialogue writing, some music and sound design, character and environment design.
- SaintPesticide - coding, most of music and sound design, general help in various other fields of development.
We weren't able to properly finish it in time and had to rush a lot of stuff, due to having to deal with education, exams, bronchitis and life in general. This game may or may not be expanded upon in the future.

Just finished the game in about 2 hours - 2H30. this was amazing, really a hidden gem. I was wondering, i found a QR code in the gallery, i tried 2 codes I found in the game but none of them work :( does someone know the password ?

Really cool experience and just overall interesting game. Enjoyed playing. Unfortunately didn't get to finish, either I was just missing something or genuinely got soft locked (in one room I couldn't reach elpis to talk </3)
Want to come back to it though .

this is dope. great artstyle, great atmosphere. love your art. honestly think it would be better with a more lenient time limit. i really like to chill in some areas but the idea of getting lost and having to redo some areas made me rush lots of dreams.

this is just PEAK seriously!! I didn't expect something so stylistically pleasing when launching this. Reminds of backrooms a bit and the mc + the story are peak too??damn????? I'm a huge freak over graphics like this and it just hit me right in the heart. this isnt a long expierience(but depends on how u orient in there) but ohh it was good. AND it's free like thats insanely good

Wildly ambitious for a jam game, and a very good experience. I love the art, especially the MCs work in the gallery (which I assume are the game author’s work). I haven’t fully explored a certain extended aspect of the game (no spoilers), but I intend to tomorrow.
I’ve paid for games with less content, by the way. Not to say you shouldn’t finish this (you absolutely should), but this is, by itself, a worthy project. I guess what I mean to say is thank you, your work is cool and thoughtful and I would totally pay you so you can keep making it. Excited for whatever comes next

Hi! Could you please upload a compatibility build using Godot 3 / OpenGL / GLES so it can run on older devices or Wine/Winlator? The current build requires Vulkan and doesn’t work :,) .
Hello, I'm the coder of the game! We tried to, but sadly a lot of game's shaders break on OpenGL or change the look of locations, which requires fixing on every single location individually. So we most probably will get to this only in the full version of the game, sorry :(

Can you really talk to the girl in the "road" level? I've reached the gut but when I open the game again there is a road blockage (in the "road" level) that I can do nothing about. I've seen a few gameplays on YT and it looked like I've found all the locations of the girl.
Hello, thank you for playing the game! You cannot reach the girl on the road level and that's intentional, if you think that you have went through all dialogues search for a black room full of televisions to reach the ending.
I've reached that room and I've talked to the guy which results in the game closing itelf.
That is the ending of this game (but not the end of the story)
You can feel the passion in every details, amazing game and story. I genuinely think this is one of the best contemplative game I played, it's so pure and magnificent.
It reminds me of evangelion in a strange way, and I was always interested into psychedelic type of artstyle. This is deeply connecting to (I believe) many people experiencing this situation, including myself years ago.

sadly the game keeps "blinking" on my pc after launch, probably cuz of 21:9 resolution. is this fixable?

I can't finish the game, for some reason I can't talk to the girl in the Road, and that's the last place she's located.
If you cannot progress to the ending location then that means you missed her in some other location, but in the Road you cannot talk to her.
in the ""heaven"" (sky, no buildings and a lot of white npcs and 1 red) the girl blends too well with the npcs and i didn't notice at first time. try there
Yes! The "sky" girl is very hard to be fund.I almost overlooked.And in the fleshcity apart from the girl in the open areas, there is also a door here, and inside is a girl.

Really cool game! Reminds me of Yume Nikki mixed with LSD. I had some issues with the navigation, but still found this game really wonderful. Excited to see what else you work on!
Mouse sensitivity randomly drops for me every minute or so, goes like 1/10th sensitivity for a few seconds then jumps back to normal, not sure if it's something intended but makes it a bit hard to play for me... (FPS didn't change during it btw)

In my case, mouse sensitivity is different in the dream world (uses settings) and in the waking world (looks like it uses the default value)
found out about this game through twitter, and i just finished playing it :) really love the visuals and the story, it left me longing to be able to dpeak to the girl again.
i got a bit frustrated with the navigation by the end of my run, i was looking for the girl everywhere but couldn't find her again except in Road where i couldn't reach her. luckily i found a full gameplay on youtube and discovered i was one dialogue away from reaching the ending haha.
i also saw on twitter that this might become a longer game in the future so i look forward to that (ᵔᴥᵔ)

Hello! I just released a patch that fixes the saving system of the game. It didn't function properly before, but now the game should automatically save your progress through the dialogues/monologues and also automatically load it on launch.

Looks like the conversation in flesh2 doesn't save, I have to redo it every time I open the game.
